Sandhill Sisters currently has no enabled online payment gateway. No customer should send payment based only on an inquiry or an unpublished method.
Accepted payment methods
If online checkout is enabled later, the only accepted methods will be those displayed during the actual checkout session. A logo, browser wallet, or method mentioned elsewhere does not guarantee availability.
Currency and totals
Unless checkout states otherwise, published prices and totals will be shown in United States Dollars. Product price, personalization charges, shipping, and applicable tax must be reviewed before payment.
Payment security
Future online payments will be processed by the provider shown at checkout. Sandhill Sisters does not intend to store full payment-card numbers on the website.
Authorization and review
A payment may be declined, delayed, or reviewed by the provider or Sandhill Sisters for inaccurate information, authorization failure, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or product availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Provider processing time and bank posting time may vary. Refund eligibility is governed by the Return & Refund and Cancellation policies.
No off-site payment requests
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials through ordinary messages. Verify any payment instruction against the current website and confirmed order details.
