Sandhill Sisters currently has no enabled WooCommerce shipping method or published online catalog. Shipping destinations, production timing, delivery estimates, carrier, local pickup, and price must not be assumed.
Order-specific fulfillment
Before payment is accepted for an order, Sandhill Sisters will confirm whether shipping or another fulfillment arrangement is available, together with the applicable cost and expected timing.
Production and delivery estimates
Personalized and embroidered work may require production time before shipment. Any estimate shown on a future product page or order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Address responsibility
Customers must review the recipient name and complete delivery address before approval. Additional cost caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Tracking and carrier events
Tracking will be provided when it is available for the selected service. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, customs, and other events outside Sandhill Sisters’ control may affect delivery.
International orders
International shipping is not promised unless offered for the specific order. Where available, customs duties, taxes, restrictions, and import fees may be the recipient’s responsibility.
Missing or damaged delivery
Use the active support channel on the Contact page promptly with the order reference, delivery address, packaging details, and clear photos when relevant. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.
